Morel v. The Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity (2015): In this personal injury action, our client was the subject of a co-defendant’s motion to dismiss a contractual indemnification claim.  The trial court denied summary judgment to the co-defendant, who then took an appeal.  Our firm was retained to defend against that appeal.  The Appellate Division, First Department, affirmed and our client was allowed to proceed with its contractual indemnification claim.
