Since joining the firm in 1998, Katherine has applied her vast appellate experience in handling appeals in a wide variety of practice areas, including medical malpractice; lead paint liability; dental, legal and architectural malpractice; general negligence; professional licensing; and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine served as a Senior Court Attorney at the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department. She has repeatedly been selected as a New York Super Lawyer in the area of Appellate Practice. Katherine received her J.D. from St. John’s University. She is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
