Since joining MLN in 2003, Anthony has handled numerous appeals across a broad range of issues. In particular, he concentrates his practice mostly on New York’s Labor Law and insurance coverage disputes.  He has argued appeals in these practice areas in all four departments of the Appellate Division and in the New York Court of Appeals (the state’s highest court).  Anthony also routinely litigates declaratory judgment actions and provides complex coverage opinions.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was a Financial Underwriter with United HealthCare Insurance Company. He is also a former associate of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus, where he concentrated on insurance coverage disputes. Anthony received his B.B.A. degree in Management from Dowling College where he was a member of the Student Government. He went on to receive his J.D. from Touro Law School, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.  He has repeatedly been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer.

Anthony is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, including its Appellate Practice Committee. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of New York, as well as the United States District Court in the Eastern and Southern districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
