Andrew focuses his practice mainly on drafting appeals and substantive motions, legal research, and developing strategies to provide support in COVID-19 statutory immunity cases.
Prior to joining MLN, Andrew clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division, in Burlington County for the Honorable James J. Ferrelli, J.S.C. As a Law Clerk, Andrew managed hundreds of cases concerning personal injury, employment, land use, insurance coverage, contractual disputes, and debt collection. In addition to grappling with many areas of law, Andrew also received hands-on dispute resolution experience as a Law Clerk, frequently serving as a settlement facilitator in the New Jersey Superior Court's Special Civil and Landlord-Tenant parts. In 2022, Andrew graduated from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he competed as a national finalist on Villanova Law's Moot Court Board, tutored 1L law students as a teaching assistant for Property, and interned at the City Bar Justice Center in its Homeowner Stability Project and at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in its Finance & Asset Forfeiture Bureau.
Andrew is also a summa cum laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he was a member of the City University of New York's William E. Macaulay Honors College. Andrew is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and when Andrew isn't actively practicing law, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places.
